Easy 5 Ingredient Pancake Mix
Gluten is the protein in wheat flour that gives baked goods—from bread to muffins to pizza to pancakes—their texture.
The more you knead the dough or knead the dough, the more the gluten molecules grow. And the more they grow, the tougher and tastier your finished product will be.
